The property has modern and stylish furnishings which are mixed with period features, such as the original flagstone floor, exposed beams and lead windows. Downstairs there is a living room with a wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. Located upstairs are two king-size bedrooms and one twin bedroom, with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has a small courtyard to the rear of the property with a table and chairs, as well as a patio area to the front of the property which also has furniture provided. There is off road parking for two cars, as well as ample on street parking. 1 The Piece is the perfect property for families.
